Baton Rouge House Leveling (“we,” “us”) is a referral service. We connect Baton Rouge homeowners with a licensed local foundation specialist. We don't do the work — we route your request to one contractor who does. This policy explains what information we collect to do that, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to batonrougehouseleveling.com and to calls to (225) 535-8057. How the referral itself works is described on the how it works page.
What we collect
When you send the request form
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address and ZIP code, if you provide them
- What you are seeing (for example, cracks or sloping floors) and any details you type in
- The page you sent the form from, and the page that referred you to the site
When you call
Calls to (225) 535-8057 go through a call-tracking number provided by CallRail. Calls may be recorded, and you may hear a brief notice when the call connects. Call records can include your phone number, the time and length of the call, the recording, and how you found the site.
When you browse the site
CallRail sets first-party cookies so that a call or form request can be tied to how you reached the site — for example, a search or a link. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To route your request to one local foundation specialist
- To follow up with you about that request by phone or email
- To understand which pages and sources lead to requests, so the site can be improved
- To keep the site and request form working and free of abuse
We do not use your information to send you unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
- The specialist your request is routed to. They receive what you told us so they can contact you and schedule an evaluation. Once you deal with them directly, their own privacy practices apply.
- Service providers that run the site and phone line. Vercel hosts the site; CallRail provides call tracking, call recording, and form tracking. They handle data on our behalf to provide those services.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep request and call information only as long as it is useful for routing and following up on requests, and for our own records, and then delete it. Call recordings are kept according to the call-tracking provider's retention settings.
Your choices
- You can call instead of using the form, or use the form instead of calling.
- You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@batonrougehouseleveling.com.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser; calling still works without them.
We cannot delete information a specialist already holds after your request was routed to them; ask them directly.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and request data is sent to our service providers over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. The terms of use explain the rest of the rules for the site.
