Your agreement for any work is with the specialist
Sending a request does not create a contract between you and us for any work. If you hire the specialist, your evaluation, quote, contract, schedule, payment, and any warranty are between you and that specialist. You are free to decline, to ask questions, and to get other opinions before you sign anything.
